    STAGING PROPOSAL

    Selling your home can be daunting, with a Staging Proposal, our team will curate a detailed staging strategy to meet all of your home selling goals within your ideal timeframe and budget. The Staging Proposal includes a detailed list of paint color recommendations, light fixture update suggestions, exact furniture and decor arrangement, curb appeal tips and much more. You may choose to have Indigo Bay assist with the execution of the Staging Proposal or complete the process on your own.

    PARTIAL STAGING

    After approving a Staging Proposal and execution plan, allow our team to assist you in implement the plan by managing all repairs and updates including installing new light fixtures, applying fresh paint, etc., utilizing our extensive network of trusted contractors and vendors. Additionally we will guide you in organizing your existing furnishings and decor and complement your rearrangement by bringing in standout pieces from our staging inventory. Indigo Bay will manage all aspects of the staging process from initial proposal to final installation and destaging.

    FULL STAGING

    Allow the buyer to visualize your vacant listing as the home of their dreams. After approving the Staging Proposal and execution plan, our team will implement the proposal by managing all aspects of the staging project, utilizing our extensive network of trusted contractors and vendors as well as our plentiful inventory of stylish accessories, rugs, art, mirrors, and furniture to fully stage your home and set the tone for your buyer. Indigo Bay will manage all aspects of the staging process from initial proposal to final installation and destaging.

SCHEDULE STAGING CONSULTATION

OUR STAGING PROCESS

1: CONSULTATION

Once a staging consultation has been scheduled, Melissa come will tour the property, take preliminary photographs, discuss the timeframe as well as any specific staging goals and challenges.

2: STAGING PROPOSAL

Once we have all necessary information we will create and send a Staging Proposal outlining suggested repairs and/or updates, delineating which existing items can remain and which should be removed/tucked away while the home is on the market, listing specific pieces our team will bring to the home and summarizing all costs involved. Sellers may decide whether they would like to have Indigo Bay execute the Staging Proposal or complete the process on their own.

3: PRE-STAGING PREPARATIONS

Once the Staging Proposal and execution plan is approved, our team will pull together finalized quotes for any repairs and/or updates, as well as source and purchase necessary materials. This could include fixtures, flooring, countertops, paint, lighting, appliances, etc. To ensure all projects are executed as intended, we purchase, manage and make arrangements for all repairs, updates and materials associated with the design on your behalf by partnering with a host of trusted vendors and contractors. Upon the completion of this phase of work, our team will be ready to prepare for final install.

4: STAGING EXECUTION

Once the homeowner has removed/tucked away all suggested items (when applicable) and the repairs and updates have been completed, the home will be thoroughly cleaned before our team will finish out the staging process by bringing in furniture and decor and completing the final styling, making the home look fabulous!
